Melissa Romero sued her former employer, Defendants Gopher Media LLC dba Doctor Multimedia and Prashanth Murthy, for causes of action related to her employment and termination. In discovery, Defendants produced a PDF document dated November 10, 2021 that reflects Murthy’s account of a meeting that day between him and Romero, and which Defendants identified as “evidencing” grounds for terminating Romero.
