P. v. Chappell CA2/2
Lester Chappell appeals the judgment entered after a resentencing hearing under Penal Code1 section 1172.75. He argues the trial court erred in reimposing the upper term for his convictions without findings beyond a reasonable doubt of the aggravating circumstances. We affirm.
