-ooOoo- Defendant Juan Daniel Grado fired a shotgun at a closed door, killing a man who was standing behind it. He was convicted of second degree murder based on a theory of implied malice. On appeal, defendant alleges multiple jury instruction errors, including failure to instruct on the lesser crime of involuntary manslaughter. Defendant also challenges the admissibility of his custodial statements based on coercive interrogation
