P. v. Moran CA4/1
A jury convicted Fabian Moran of transportation of a controlled substance for sale (Health and Saf. Code, § 11379, subd. (a)) and possession of a controlled substance for sale (id. § 11378.) The court sentenced Moran to three years in prison with one year suspended to be served in mandatory supervision. Moran filed a timely notice of appeal. Appellate counsel has filed a brief under the authority of People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436
