(collectively, Minors).1 The juvenile court found Mother was a “recent user” of substances, asserted and then immediately terminated dependency jurisdiction over Minors, and entered what is known colloquially as an “exit order” that limits Mother to monitored visitation and compels her to submit to random and on-demand drug testing.
