INTRODUCTION This appeal arises from a negligence action involving the sale of real property. The buyers sued the sellers’ agents for failing to disclose the city’s parking restrictions in connection with the sale of the residential property. The trial court sustained a demurrer to the operative complaint on the basis that the sellers’ agents owed no duty to disclose. We affirm the judgment.
