Maria Gudalupe Jimenez appeals the summary judgment in her action against the City of San Marcos (the City) for personal injuries caused by a dangerous condition of City property. She contends she raised a triable issue of fact as to whether the City had constructive notice of the protruding metal base of a missing street sign that caused her to trip and fall on a public sidewalk. We reject her contention and affirm the judgment.
