In re Alberto R. CA4/1
The People filed a petition under Welfare and Institutions Code section 6021 alleging that Alberto R. committed two murders. (Pen. Code, § 187, subd. (a).) With respect to each murder, the People also alleged that Alberto intentionally and personally discharged a firearm within the meaning of Penal Code section 12022.53, subdivision (d).
