I. INTRODUCTION Defendant Theodore Snyder appeals from the trial court’s order denying his petition for resentencing under Penal Code section 1170, subdivision (d).1 He contends the court erred when it determined that his 32-years-to-life sentence was not the functional equivalent of a life without the possibility of parole (LWOP) sentence. We affirm.
