Vincent Washington appeals from the sentence imposed at his resentencing hearing conducted pursuant to Penal Code1 section 1172.75, claiming the trial court erred by imposing the upper term sentence on one count and by failing to dismiss a firearm enhancement. We affirm the judgment.
