Alice Jackson died in February 2018 when she was almost 77 years old. Frida Dilonell, a late-in-life acquaintance of Jackson’s, filed a petition to determine ownership of property included in a handwritten September 2017 declaration of trust bearing Jackson’s signature, which named Dilonell as the primary beneficiary of nearly all of Jackson’s assets.
