INTRODUCTION After finding then 17-and-a-half-year-old K.C. not amenable to rehabilitation under the juvenile court’s jurisdiction, the juvenile court granted the People’s motion to transfer his murder case to criminal court. K.C. appeals, asserting that the order is not supported by substantial evidence. We affirm.
