INTRODUCTION Randy Mohagen was terminated from his employment as a peace officer based on two charges that arose out of a traffic accident on November 11, 2019: (1) failure to properly investigate a potential domestic violence incident while on duty; and (2) being untruthful with Internal Affairs investigators when he denied that one of the parties to the traffic accident mentioned or alleged to Mohagen any type of domestic violence.
