P. v. Herrera CA2/6
Michael Herrera pleaded guilty to attempted murder in 2015. He petitioned for resentencing under Penal Code1 section 1172.6 around the time of his release on parole. The trial court denied the petition after an evidentiary hearing. On appeal, appellant contends the evidence was insufficient to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that he was guilty of attempted murder under current law. We will affirm.
