P. v. Moreno CA6
In 2009, Matthew Moreno was convicted of attempted murder, and he was sentenced to an aggregate of 20 years to life in prison. In 2025, Moreno petitioned for resentencing under Penal Code section 1172.6, but the trial court denied the petition. (Subsequent undesignated statutory references are to the Penal Code.) Moreno appealed, and we appointed counsel to represent him. Counsel filed an opening brief under People v. Delgadillo (2022)
