P. v. Gaitan
Appellant, Arnulfo Nunez Gaitan, appeals from an order by the trial court denying his motion for two-for-two presentence custody credit pursuant to the version of Penal Code section 4019[1] in effect when he filed the motion. We will find that the court order denying his motion was not an appealable order and dismiss Gaitan’s appeal.
