In re Alexis V.
Alexis V. appeals from a judgment after a the trial court sustained a petition finding he resisted and obstructed a police officer and declared him a ward of the court pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 602. Alexis argues the juvenile court erred in denying his discovery motions pursuant to Brady v. Maryland (1963)
373 U.S. 83, and Penal Code section 1054 et seq. His contentions have no merit, and we affirm the judgment.
