In re Jessica G.
Lorenzo G. (appellant) appeals from the order summarily denying his Welfare and Institutions Code section 388 petition.[1] He also contends that the juvenile court prejudicially erred in failing to address his Judicial Council form JV-505: Statement Regarding Parentage (JV-505 form) and in granting the Fresno County Department of Social Services (the department) discretion in allowing him to visit the minor Jessica. Finding no merit in appellant's contentions, we affirm.
