P. v. Hernandez
Appellant Joel Placencia Hernandez was charged with several counts related to two burglaries and one attempted burglary in Tulare County in late 2009 and early 2010. He appeals solely from his conviction for receipt of stolen property related to the 2010 burglary.[1] Underlying his four claims is the trial testimony and prior statements to police of one Diego Lua. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the judgment in all respects.
