Collect Access v. Campos
Plaintiff Collect Access LLC (Collect Access) appeals from the trial court's judgment of nonsuit in Collect Access's action against defendant Victor M. Campos, Sr. The record provided by Collect Access consists of a clerk's transcript and two partial reporter's transcripts. Neither of the reporter's transcripts contains any of the trial proceedings; both concern proceedings regarding a sanctions order against Collect Access.
