Dupree v. Merrill Lynch Mortgage Lending

(Merrill Lynch) and from the court's denial of his ex parte application to vacate the order sustaining the demurrer. Dupree principally contends he was improperly denied an opportunity to amend his complaint to state additional causes of action. We affirm.
