Anthony Karl Watson appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial which resulted in his conviction of perjury (Pen. Code, § 118, subd. (a)-(d)), and had served four prison terms within the meaning of section 667.5, subdivision (b). After striking nine out of ten of the Three Strikes convictions and two out of four of the section 667.5, subdivision (b) prison terms, the trial court sentenced Watson to 10 years in prison. We affirm.
