P. v. Penso
Defendant and appellant, Neal Allan Penso, appeals the judgment entered following his conviction, by jury trial, for assault with a deadly weapon (Pen. Code, § 245, subd. (a)(1)). He was sentenced to a three-year term of probation. The judgment is affirmed.
