P. v. Johnson
Robbie Earl Johnson appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial which resulted in his conviction of corporal injury to a spouse (Pen. Code, § 273.5, subd. (a))[1] and child abuse (§ 273a, subd. (b)), and his plea of no contest to spousal rape (§ 262, subd. (a)(1)). The trial court sentenced Johnson to three years in state prison. Court affirm the judgment.
