P. v. Dennis
Delancey Dewayne Dennis was convicted on multiple counts of robbery and related charges. On appeal, he challenges only his conviction on an identity theft charge and two victim restitution awards. Court agree that one of the victim restitution awards was unauthorized, but we otherwise affirm the judgment.
