P. v. Sausedo
Defendants Daniel Sausedo and Salvador Marquez appeal from the judgments entered following a jury trial in which they were convicted of one count of first degree murder, with a special circumstance finding, and three counts of willful, deliberate, premeditated attempted murder, with gang and firearm-use findings. Defendants raise several claims of instructional error. Court modify the judgments to correct several minor errors, but otherwise affirm.
