P. v. Martinez
Daniel Martinez appeals from his jury conviction of second degree murder with true findings on special allegations. He argues that the conviction and findings must be reversed because they are the result of an illegal seizure of his person and admissions resulting from violation of his rights under Miranda v. Arizona (1966) 384 U.S. 436 and coercion. He also argues that the trial court erred in admitting certain photographs into evidence, that the evidence is insufficient for the gang enhancement, and that all of these errors are prejudicial. We disagree with these contentions, and affirm the trial court judgment.
