P. v. Anderson
A jury found defendant and appellant Verdelle Anderson guilty of evading a peace officer while driving a motor vehicle in a willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property (Veh. Code, § 2800.2, subd. (a)). In a bifurcated proceeding, defendant subsequently admitted that she had suffered four prior prison terms (§ 667.5, subd. (b)). Defendant was sentenced to a total term of six years in state prison with credit for time served and ordered to pay various fees and costs.
