Shawna K. and O.H. (together the parents) appeal an order terminating their parental rights to their daughter, K.H. Shawna also appeals an order denying her Welfare and Institutions Code[1] section 388 petition. The parents each contend they showed the beneficial parent-child relationship exception to termination of parental rights and adoption of section 366.26, subdivision (c)(1)(B)(i) applied in this case, and Shawna maintains the court erred by denying her section 388 petition. O.H. joins Shawna's contentions and argues if this court reverses termination of Shawna's parental rights, it must also reverse termination of his parental rights. Court affirm the orders.
