In re Eric M.
Jennifer W. appeals juvenile court orders terminating her parental rights to her children, Eric M., Jr., (Eric) and Thomas M., and an order denying her Welfare and Institutions Code section 388 petition. (Statutory references are to the Welfare and Institutions Code.) She contends the court abused its discretion by denying her section 388 petition and erred by terminating her parental rights because she showed the beneficial parent-child relationship exception to termination of parental rights and adoption of section 366.26, subdivision (c)(1)(B)(i). Court affirm the orders.
