P. v. Balbuena
Appellant was charged by information filed on August 28, 2006, with the murder of Jose Segura ( 187), attempted murder of Oralia Giron ( 187/664), and street terrorism ( 186.22, subd. (a)), with allegations that he personally used, and intentionally and personally discharged, a 9 millimeter semiautomatic pistol, causing great bodily injury and death ( 12022.53, subds. (b), (c), (d)), in connection with the murder and attempted murder. It was alleged in connection with all counts that appellant was a minor at least 14 years of age at the time the offenses were committed (Welf. & Inst. Code, 707, subd. (d)(2)(A).)
