Segue Electronics v. Phihong USA
Plaintiffs Segue Electronics, Inc., and Shine Capacitors, LLC (jointly, Segue) sued defendants Phihong USA Corp. and Phihong Technology Co., Ltd. (jointly, Phihong) for intentional interference with contract. After the close of evidence at trial, Phihong obtained a directed verdict and judgment in its favor. Segue has appealed from the judgment, which Court affirm.
