P. v. Samayoa
Laura Veronica Samayoa appeals from the judgment entered following her plea of no contest to one count of leaving the scene of an injury accident. (Veh. Code, 20001, subd. (a).) Appellant contends that the superior court abused its discretion by denying probation and sentencing her to the upper term of four years. Court affirm.
