P. v. Maldonado
A jury convicted Abel Augie Maldonado of one count of selling cocaine. The trial court sentenced him to 24 years in prison. Maldonado appeals from the judgment of conviction, sentence, and certain postconviction orders, including the order denying his motion for new trial based on newly discovered evidence. Court conclude that the trial court abused its discretion by denying the new trial motion.
