P. v. Pepe
Robert Dewey Pepe, Jr. appeals from the judgment entered following his convictions by jury on count 1 attempted willful, deliberate, and premeditated murder (Pen. Code, 664, 187) with personal use of a firearm (Pen. Code, 12022.5, subd. (a)) and count 2 assault with a firearm (Pen. Code, 245, subd. (a)(2)), with findings that each offense was committed for the benefit of a criminal street gang (Pen. Code, 186.22, subd. (b)). The court sentenced appellant to prison for life with the possibility of parole, plus 10 years. Court affirm the judgment.
