Igbene v. Jackson Federal Bank
Akali Igbene defaulted on a real estate loan made to him by Jackson Federal Bank. While foreclosure proceedings were pending, Igbene sued the bank, alleging that certain terms of the loancontained in the deed of trust and promissory note he had signedwere inconsistent with the original loan commitment letter issued to him by the bank. He now appeals from a judgment dismissing his suit, entered after the banks demurrer to Igbenes second amended complaint was sustained without leave to amend. We affirm the judgment.
