P. v. Martinez
Julio Cesar Martinez was convicted by a jury of three counts of attempted willful, deliberate and premeditated murder. The jury also found several specially alleged firearm enhancements to be true and found each of the charged offenses was committed for the benefit of a criminal street gang. On appeal Martinez contends there is insufficient evidence of express malice to support the jurys verdict on all three counts of attempted murder. Court affirm.
