Marriage of Moses and MacCallum
Paul Moses and his attorney Gary Kauffman (Appellants) were jointly sanctioned by the trial court in the amount of $2,000 for abuse of the discovery process. They contend that they did not have adequate notice of the sanctions hearing, that the court abused its discretion in electing to impose sanctions, and that the court should have accepted recusal under Code of Civil Procedure sections 1701.1 and 170.6 prior to the sanctions hearing. Court affirm.
