P. v. Aubrey
A jury convicted appellant, Lamar Aubrey, of infliction of corporal injury on a cohabitant (Pen. Code, 273.5, subd. (a)) and assault with a deadly weapon ( 245, subd. (a)(1)). On appeal, Aubrey contends the court committed instructional error. Court affirm.
