P. v. Teo
Kalani A. Teo (appellant) appeals from the judgment entered following a jury trial resulting in his conviction of assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury and with a deadly weapon. (Pen. Code, 245, subd. (a)(1).) The trial court granted formal probation for three years on condition that appellant serve one year in the county jail. Court affirm the conviction.
