P. v. Rangel
Defendant and appellant Robert Rangel appeals from the judgment entered following his plea of no contest to possession of a firearm by a felon (Pen. Code, 12021, subd. (a)(1)). Rangel was sentenced under the Three Strikes law to a term of two years, eight months in prison. He contends the trial court erred by denying his Sumstine motion to strike a prior felony conviction, brought on the ground his plea in a prior case was not knowing, intelligent, and voluntary. Discerning no error, Court affirm.
