P. v. Meekins
In this appeal from a guilty plea defendant claims that the six-year sentence imposed upon him was the result of a clerical error or mistake of fact by the trial court, and should be corrected to reflect a five-year term. Upon review of the record we conclude that the six year sentence was intended by the trial court and properly within the terms of the plea agreement. Court therefore affirm the judgment.
