In re Rico C.
Tina W. (Mother) appeals from an order of the juvenile court terminating Mothers parental rights to her sons, Rico C. and Daniel C., pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code section 366.26.[1] Mother contends that the juvenile court erred in finding the boys were adoptable because Rico had behavioral problems that had not been adequately assessed, and because Daniel was suspected of having developmental delays that also had not been assessed. Court conclude the court had before it substantial evidence that both boys were likely to be adopted, and affirm the order terminating parental rights.
