P. v. Rahal
Defendant Daman Rahal was sentenced by the Yolo County Superior Court to state prison for 10 years following his plea to robbery, his admission of a prior serious felony strike conviction, and his resentencing on a prior robbery conviction in Solano County. On appeal, defendant contends that remand to the trial court is required for the court to determine his presentence custody credits and to prepare an amended abstract of judgment reflecting those credits. Court shall remand the matter with directions.
