M.J. was taken into protective custody after her birth because she tested positive for drugs. She was removed from her parents custody and placed in foster care. Her mother, Stacy S. (Mother), is not a party to this appeal. Her father, Raymond J. (Father), appeals from the juvenile courts order removing M.J. from his care. Court conclude the appeal lacks merit because there was evidence Father had a history of substance abuse and his efforts at reunification before the disposition hearing were insufficient.
