Raymond Baldonado Chavez appeals an order determining him to be a sexually violent predator ("SVP") and committing him to the Department of Mental Health ("Department") for an indeterminate term of treatment. (Welf. & Inst. Code, 6600 et seq.) Court reject Chavez's constitutional challenges to the SVP law as amended, and affirm.
