P. v. Bulajic
Nadja Bulajic appeals her convictions of felony elder abuse with infliction of injury, and misdemeanor assault. She contends that the trial court erred in admitting propensity evidence prohibited by Evidence Code section 1101, subdivision (a), and that she was prejudiced by the error. We agree that the court erred but find the error harmless. Thus Court affirm the judgment.
