Stough v. Klure
Appellant Robert Klure appeals from an order denying his motion for summary judgment. In her brief, respondent June Stough requests that we dismiss the appeal as taken from a nonappealable order. Finding that an order denying a motion for summary judgment, deemed by the trial court to be a motion for judgment on the pleadings, is not appealable, Court dismiss the appeal.
