Muhammad v. Eden Housing Management
This appeal has been taken from an order that granted defendants motion for relief from default. Plaintiff claims that the motion was procedurally defective, and proper grounds to grant relief under Code of Civil Procedure section 473 were not presented by defendant. Court conclude that adequate notice of the motion was given, and the trial court did not abuse its discretion by granting defendant relief from default. Court therefore affirm the judgment.
