Dayco Funding Co. v. Schneider
Plaintiff Dayco Funding Corporation (Dayco) appeals from a judgment entered in favor of defendant Teri Schneider after a bench trial on Daycos claim for specific performance on a purchase option provision in a residential lease agreement. On appeal, Dayco contends the trial court committed judicial misconduct and that its findings are not supported by the evidence. Schneider appeals from the trial courts post-judgment order denying her motion for attorney fees. Court affirm the judgment in favor of Schneider and reverse the trial courts order denying her motion for attorney fees.
